What the guarantee covers

• Late delivery If the paper arrives after the deadline you set and you can no longer use it, you are entitled to a refund.
• A missed brief If the delivered paper still does not match your original instructions after revisions, you can request a refund.
• Free revisions Revisions that relate to your original brief are free for 14 days from delivery.

How it works

Your payment is held while you review the delivery and is released to your writer only when you approve. If the paper does not match the brief, ask for a revision from your dashboard. Revisions are free for 14 days. If the work still falls short of your original requirements after those revisions, you can request a refund.

When you are entitled to a refund

A full or partial refund applies if:

• The work was delivered after your deadline and you can no longer use it.
• After revisions within the 14-day window, the work still misses the original brief.
• You paid for a service we cannot provide, such as a subject or paper type we do not cover.
• A duplicate payment was made by mistake.

When refunds do not apply

• The brief changes substantially after the order is placed and the work has begun.
• The paper met the brief but you changed your mind.
• A revision is requested outside the 14-day window without a good reason.
• You have already approved and downloaded the order.

Revisions in practice

Corrections, formatting changes and clearer explanations are not charged when they relate to your original brief. A request that substantially changes the scope may be handled as a new order, as set out in our terms. Your brief includes everything you supplied. If your rubric or template names a required element that is missing, such as a section, a framework, a calculation or a citation style, we add it at no charge within the revision window.

What we cannot promise

Marks and other academic outcomes are decided by your institution, so they sit outside this guarantee. What we guarantee is the work: done to your brief, on time, and revised if it is not.
